MSFT just ran a promotion to sell MS Office 2007 Ultimate to students and it was distributed by electronic download. The Product Key they sent me in the confirmation email comes up as invalid when I try to activate the software. There is no second page to the activation wizard either with a telephone activation option.
Is this a known issue with Digital River?
Could this be an isolated mistake?
Where can I find tech support information regarding who to contact in order to get this corrected?
MSFT is shorthand for Microsoft.
There never was a Trial on my computer. I performed the install after doing a clean install of Windows 7.
