I was looking up auction info and luckily found this site. I discovered similar sites, like http://www.topflightauctionforms.com that help you run your very own live auctions but I was trying to figure out where to get the auction supplies.

Check with the post office – there might be a small amount of insurance that you can claim. (for example – in Australia if a standard parcel goes missing you can claim upto $50).
Maybe in the future you should do what many do – and make insurance compulsory, but as for resolving this dispute- I’d detail all you have here to payal… I’m sure this situation comes up from time to time…

If you have the receipt,that’s all you need to be covered.They can still file the complaint though if they didn’t receive it.I’ve noticed many sellers refuse to ship to italy though.I’m not exactly sure why,maybe a corrupt postal system.
