PayPal has limited my account because of something I listed of eBay. I accept that they can close my account but I really just want to withdraw the last of my money that was left. 60 euro.
Paypal whats the Invoices but I was selling a digital audio book that I downloaded so I don’t have an invoice.
The listing was taken down and eBay account suspended. I know that that’s what I deserve but Paypal is holding my money that I made selling MY old things.
I just want to withdraw the money, is there anyway PayPal would let me do that? Then they can close my account.

The account limitations means that I can’t send, receive anything. I can’t make any sort of transaction.
