I have filed for a trademark in India 6 months ago and waiting for final approval. Let us take the word as “AngelsParadise”.
In US, there is a popular product named “Good Angels”.
I am intending to launch a product (will sell the licenses through my website using google checkout/paypal/ccavenue etc) which can be bought by anyone in the world including India.
I am planning to name the product as “Good AngelsParadise” (just prefixing one word to my filed trademark).
Though we do not compete with “Good Angels” product, ours is a value-add product to many users including the ones who use “Good Angels”.
Is there a problem/issue here?
I dont want to get into troubles and hence this research question.
Thank you.
Also, I do not have budget to file for a US Trademark.

The name can be a slight variation.
